Florafil Cable Cover by Tania Da Cruz

May 2, 2013

Florafil is a conceptual item conceived by Tania da Cruz, a Portugal-born, Belgian-raised and Italian-educated product designer. Made of flexible rubber, it is intended not to hide unsightly cables but instead turn them into attractive wall art. Attractive, at least, if you are either six years old or like feeling like you live in a jungle. Still, the advantage of Florafil over other products that draw the vine-cable analogy is that it would allow you to cover your existing cables rather than replacing them, and its modular functionality could let you cover cables running to all corners of a room.
